None of the questions on the surveys are required so you may fill out as much or as little as you want.  Any escort who has come into police contact while working is welcome to fill out the survey, regardless of the outcome of that contact.    If your case is pending, you have an option to print out a copy of the survey for your legal defense before you submit.  Additionally, surveys may be filled out by someone with personal knowledge or from information publicly posted.
